Michael Katz is no stranger to the entertainment industry. Having had an extensive background in the music industry, he enjoys entertaining people, and makes sure that everyone has a great time on their vacation adventure! Having been a cruise coordinator for the past 5 years, he has led his groups across the globe, from the Caribbean to Alaska, to the Mexican Riviera, and to Europe throughout the Mediterranean.
Hailing from New York City, Michael is also a dance instructor who specializes in the “hot” Latin dances like Salsa, Cha Cha, and Merengue, but also teaches Ballroom dances such as Foxtrot and Waltz. He is also a singer, and can be found in the Guest Talent show singing Neil Diamond, and encourages his cruiser’s to sing in the show as well! The emphasis is in having “FUN!” This is your vacation, and Michael will do everything he can to make your journey a “TRIP OF A LIFETIME!”
When he is not traveling, and back on planet Earth, he has a successful business called Miche Permanent Cosmetics (www.miche-permanent-cosmetics.com). As a Board Certified Technician and Instructor, Michael performs and teaches Permanent Make Up, enhancing Eyebrows, Eyes, and Lips on clients that need to have definition restored in these areas. He is on the Board of Permanent Make Up in New Jersey, and also performs medical tattooing for Cancer patients, and Scar camouflage for accident victims. When not at work, you can find him dancing at some of the best dance studios around New York City.
And yes, he is still pursuing his musical career, having recently released a CD with ex-Kiss guitarist, Bruce Kulick (www.livecream.net).
