Itinerary
Day 1 - Ft. Lauderdale (Florida) Depart 7:00PM Fort Lauderdale, as its name suggests, was originally a fort built to protect the vital railway and the coastal area from pirates. Today the city is a modern, wealthy metropolis, which has invested in developing a network of canals, ornamental waterworks, fountains and contemporary artworks. One of the focal points is the Riverwalk, a panoramic promenade along the bay, lined with boutiques, restaurants, shops and museums.
Day 2 - Nassau (Bahamas) Arrive 8:00AM Depart 2:00PM Nassau, established in 1656, is the capital city of the Bahamas, a group of islands 50 miles from the coast of Florida. Rich in history, tradition, charm and folklore, a number of gardens and fountains punctuate the busy city streets, lined with a host of restaurants, bars and duty-free shops. And there are a number of glorious sandy beaches nearby, both on New Providence Island and its sister Paradise Island, connected by bridge from Nassau.
Day 3 ...cruising... Day 4 - Ocho Rios (Jamaica) Arrive 8:00AM Depart 2:00PM When Christopher Columbus first laid eyes upon Jamaica he wrote in his logbook that it was 'the most beautiful island I have ever seen'. His words were not without good reason. The land of rum and reggae is a stunningly beautiful island of soaring mountains, lush hilltops, evocative swamplands and glorious tropical flora. The bustling town of Ocho Rios sprawls along a magnificent beach and the hills behind Ocho Rios are dissected by several waterfalls. Also accessible from Ocho Rios are Dunn's River Falls, one of Jamaica's most famous sights, which plunge some 600 feet from top to bottom.
Day 5 - Grand Cayman (Cayman Islands) Arrive 8:00AM Depart 3:00PM Grand Cayman is the largest of the Cayman Islands, lying between Cuba and Jamaica. Its warm climate, low rainfall and tranquil waters make it an ideal destination for sun-seekers and divers. The islanders display an ever-growing respect for their beautiful environment and there are several nature reserves and maritime parks. The flora and fauna of the Cayman Islands are surprisingly diverse and include the spectacular Cayman blue iguana.
Day 6 - Cozumel (Mexico) Arrive 10:00AM Depart 6:00PM The town of Cozumel is the perfect place to enjoy a unique mix of glorious beaches, superb diving, and ancient archaeological sites. See the excavated ruins of San Gervasio, a holy Mayan monument, originally a temple built to honour Ixchel, the Mayan god of medicine, love and fertility. Or visit the south of the island, Chankanaab national park which offers some delightful diving in a lagoon packed with a colourful array of tropical fish and turtles. It is also on this side of the island that the village of Cedral is situated, which includes a Mayan site decorated with ancient drawings.

Ship:
Costa Fortuna
Costa Fortuna has drawn inspiration from the grand Italian steamships that provides regular passenger services between Italy and the Americas. Throughout this Costa cruise ship, scale models of historic cruise ships have been incorporated into the style and design of the Costa Fortuna’s various restaurants and other public areas. For more recent history of these cruise ships, guests can view a tribute to the first (and leading) Italian Cruise Company by glancing up at the ceiling of the main lobby known as the Costa Atrium where models of 26 past members of the Costa fleet are displayed.
